Weekly reviews are conducted at CTS to ensure that there is no variation from clients’ expected performance SLAs while variances are tracked and closed through performance improvements. Monthly & Quarterly Reporting:

CTS Uses Monthly & Quarterly Reporting to document progress toward achieving project goals and objectives.It also provides a self-assessment tool for projects to promote continuous improvement.

360 Degree Feedback:

Managers and leaders within organizations use 360 feedback surveys to get a better understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. The 360 feedback system automatically tabulates the results and presents them in a format that helps the feedback recipient create a development plan.

Benchmarking:

The application of benchmarking at CTS involves four key steps:

  • Understand in detail existing business processes.
  • Examine the business processes of others.
  • Compare own business performance with that of others analyzed.
  • Implement the steps necessary to close the performance gap.
